Responsibilities
Problem price ticket response, resolution, step-up and follow-through until price ticket closure. guaranteeing response to problems reported by Incident Team inside united service levels and business priorities
Daily System observance to capture system performance, dB growth etc.
Prepare & Publish daily System batch temporal order reports
Week-end execution of purging jobs, information defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
Release readying (code promotion) in numerous environments i.e. Production & UAT
Timely escalations to seniors for fast incident resolution.
Ensuring updation of data base documentation
Appropriate action to be initiated for several alerts / daily observance reports.
Undertake activities to capture system utilization, dB growth pattern
Undertake elaborated study of System/Database examination reports.
Dedicated support & observance throughout month-end/critical batches
Requirements
Should have smart information in Oracle info and UNIX operating system software system
Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of pc Application , Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, Master of pc Application/Computer Science or Master of Science in pc Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least one year(s) of operating expertise within the connected field is needed for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - software system or equivalent. Job role in System Analyst or equivalent.
